Cancellation Policy

All services require a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment time. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or no-show with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services.

→ Kindred Society is PCI compliant so please do not worry if your card information will be safe in our system! As soon as all card information is entered into our secure system it is automatically encrypted. IF you do not feel comfortable having your card information stored to reserve your appointment time, you may put down a deposit in the form of a gift card.

Online Scheduling

If you are unsure how to schedule an appointment online OR if you are unsure what services you want, please call the salon to help with the appointment set up as this will avoid scheduling errors and upset clients.

If your stylist does not have time for your desired appointments please do not adjust your services to squeeze in. All appointments erroneously scheduled will result in not being honored. If you wish to leave wet, please call and speak with a receptionist so they may verify the technician is able to accommodate the color portion of your service within the allotted time.

Late Policy

Our stylists value their time with you. If you are 15 minutes late or later to an appointment it may result in rescheduling.

Redo Policy

In the event that your hair isn’t exactly what you wanted please contact us within 7 days. We must see your hair to determine if the dissatisfaction is an error on our part so we can move forward with getting your hair where we want it. If we determine that a client has changed their mind or that it was expressed that multiple steps and services would be needed to achieve the desired look we will encourage the client to continue on the recommended path to achieve the desired outcome or possibly suggest a path back to the original look.

Child Policy

For safety reasons, we advise children under 18 to be accompanied by an adult. We require children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. All service prices must be signed off by a parent or guardian before proceeding with service.

Right to Refuse

KINDRED SOCIETY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Promotional Text Messages

If you OPT OUT of promotional text messages from Kindred Society, you will no longer receive confirmation texts for your scheduled appointments. If you are OK with this, keep in mind you will be responsible for remembering your appointments. If you want to OPT BACK IN it is as simple as texting UNSTOP to 833-350-7406. We try to limit all promotional texting to 2-3 times a month and the purpose behind these texts are to keep you in the loop with discounts, updates, and events.
